After reading conflicting information online, I had some questions on how to safely hook up and power my house using a portable generator/interlock configuration in the event of a power outages. I am so grateful for Zach and his company. A few weeks ago, I needed some help with a bad outlet. The guys quickly resolved the issue. I couldn't have been happier. Fast forward to last week and I found myself without power due to a downed limb which took my junction box and meter with it. I contacted Zach and he was able to explain everything that needed to be done and how he would do it. We agreed to the work and he completed it ahead of schedule. He had the inspector's approval without issue. When I asked, Zach also had a recommendation for someone to cut up and remove the limb from my yard. This was much appreciated considering I'm not originally from Floyd County. I highly recommend Zach for home electric needs.
